TERMS & CONDITION

Please take note of our terms and conditions before completing your booking:

• The total price of a reservation will be charged when a room is booked. If you cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the date of arrival, you will receive a full refund. If a booking is cancelled or modified later, within 7 days of the booking, 100 percent of the price will be charged.
• The total price of a booking is charged and will not be refunded in case of a no-show for what ever reason.
• Breakfast is not included in the room rate but can only be ordered online at the same time as making a booking.
• Smoking – All of our rooms are strictly non-smoking.
• Damage – If any damage is caused to the room whilst you are staying with us we will charge your card accordingly.
• Children – Children’s cots/cribs/high chairs etc are not available.Children are very welcome but we do not offer any specific children’s facilities. 
• RBS Hotel has a limited number of parking spaces – these cannot be reserved – there is plenty of on-street parking around the hotel.
• Check-in time is between 2pm and 8pm. Check-out time is by Midday.
• Breakfast is served between 7.30am to 11am – 7 days a week
• Ironing facilities (iron and ironing board) can be provided on request (when available)
